Your club’s schedule, kept in order for you
You set the timetable once and the system generates the coming weeks of classes. Every class knows its court, its coach, its level and how many spots are left; when someone releases theirs, it frees up immediately.

Before you decide
What people usually ask us.
The questions that always come up right before signing, answered straight.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. The monthly plan can be cancelled whenever you want and you stop paying the following month. Quarterly and annual are paid up front in exchange for the discount: they never tie you beyond the period you have already paid for.
Do the prices include VAT?
No, every price you see excludes VAT. Tax is added to the invoice according to the rules that apply to you. Today we invoice in Spain only.
Can I change plan later on?
Yes, at no cost. Write to us and we will change it: for now sign-ups and plan changes are handled by hand, so the adjustment shows up on your next invoice.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. When we set up your club we agree a trial period with you before the first charge. We do not ask for a card to try it: nothing is charged automatically today.
What happens if I stop paying?
First there is a grace period with reminders. If it stays unpaid, the club is frozen: you and your coaches can still sign in and see everything, but spots can no longer be sold and payments can no longer be recorded. Nothing is deleted, and everything works again once the payment is settled.
Who owns my data and my players’ data?
You do. We only process it to provide you the service, and you can ask us for a copy or for its deletion whenever you want. TrainPlanner never charges your players nor uses their data for anything else.
