Who owns this site
TrainPlanner is the trade name of the padel academy management software described on this site. Its owner is completing the formalities of setting up the company; once they are complete, the identifying details (legal name, tax identification and registered address) will be published in this same section.
In the meantime, the contact channel with the owner is trainplanner@trainplanner.es, and any communication concerning this site is handled there.
What this site is for
This site is informational and commercial: it presents the product, its plans and its prices, and offers a way to get in touch with us: a form when one is available and, failing that, the email address. Nothing is contracted and no payment is taken here.
Information about plans, prices and features may change. Features marked Phase 2 or Phase 3 are planned and do not exist yet; they are marked precisely so that nobody assumes they are included.
How it may be used
You may browse freely and use the contact channel for what it is: getting in touch. You may not use this site to send unsolicited communications, attempt to reach non-public areas, or take any action that degrades its operation.
The content, brand, copy and design of this site belong to its owner unless stated otherwise. You may quote them citing the source; you may not reproduce them as your own.
Liability
We take care to keep the information accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee it is always free of errors. If you find one, write to us and we will fix it.
Nor do we guarantee uninterrupted availability: there may be outages for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts that apply under that law.
