Delete your account
If you use the TrainPlanner app as a student of a club, you can delete your account whenever you want. Before you ask, this is what happens.
Go to the formWhat is deleted
Your account and your personal data in every club you belong to: your profile, your photos, your open sessions and your upcoming bookings. The places you had are freed for other students.
If you are 14 or older and you ask from the app or with the link from this page, deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
There are two cases where it waits: if you are under 14, until your parent or guardian approves it (7 days at most), and if your account is on hold after «It wasn't me», 7 days from when you confirm. Both are explained below.
What you lose, with no refund
Any bonos you have not used up, paid classes that have not happened yet and whatever is left of a cuota you have already paid. All of it is lost with no refund, in every club.
Before the last step you will see that list, club by club.
What is kept, anonymised
By law, payments, invoices, debt history and consents are kept anonymised: without your name, without your email and without anything that identifies you.
Backups may keep your data for up to 12 months, until they are renewed.
What stops the deletion
If you owe a debt to any club, have an unpaid cuota, or a payment or refund is still in progress, the account cannot be deleted until that is settled. We will tell you which club and why.
If you created your account before turning 18, debts and cuotas you incurred while you were a minor do not stop you deleting it: they stay with the club without anything that identifies you. Later ones do. A payment or refund still in progress also makes it wait.
If you are under 14
You need the approval of your parent or guardian. We will email them so they can approve it, and the account is deleted when they do. If they do not answer within 7 days, the request expires and you can ask again.
From the app too
In the app: Profile → Delete account. You will see the same as here and we will ask for your password to confirm.
How it works from this page
Enter your account email. If it exists, we will send you a link that expires in 60 minutes. When you open it you will see what you lose and you will have to enter your password to confirm.
If your account is on hold after «It wasn't me»
If someone changed your account email and you stopped it with «It wasn't me», the account is on hold. In that case the link goes to your original email, the one you had before the change, and we will not ask for your password.
When you confirm, the account is not deleted at that moment: the deletion is scheduled for 7 days after. During that time we send a link to cancel it to both email addresses: the original one and the one set in the change. If nobody cancels it, the account is deleted when the period ends.
