Privacy policy
What personal data we collect on this site, what we use it for, how long we keep it and what you can demand from us at any time.
Last updated: 5 August 2026
Who is responsible for your data
Data controller: [RAZÓN SOCIAL], tax ID [NIF], registered at [DIRECCIÓN]. For anything to do with your data, write to trainplanner@trainplanner.es.
What we collect here and why
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your club’s name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to leave it, and your message. Nothing else.
We use it for one thing: to reply to you and, if you ask, to show you the product. Writing to us does not sign you up to any mailing list, and we do not use your data for advertising.
The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. With that box unticked, the form sends nothing.
We do not record your IP address or your browser alongside the message.
How long we keep it
Twenty-four months from the day you write to us. After that it is deleted automatically. If you would rather it went sooner, ask and it is done.
Who we share it with
With our hosting and email delivery providers, and only so that the service works. They act as data processors and may only use the data on our instructions.
We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to third parties for advertising.
What you can demand from us
To access your data, correct it, delete it, object to our processing it, ask us to restrict its use, and request a copy in a format you can take elsewhere. You may also withdraw your consent whenever you want, without affecting what was done before.
To exercise any of these rights, write to trainplanner@trainplanner.es. If you believe we have not handled it properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
The data of a club’s players
This policy covers what happens on this website. What happens inside the platform is different: there, each club is the controller of its players’ data and TrainPlanner acts as processor, under a contract that sets out what it may do with it.
Padel academies have players who are minors. It is up to the club to obtain consent from whoever holds parental responsibility before registering a minor, and up to TrainPlanner to process that data solely to provide the service.
Security
Data travels encrypted and is stored encrypted. Access is restricted to the people who need it to run the service.
Changes to this policy
If it changes, it is published here with its update date. If the change affects how we handle data you already gave us, we tell you before applying it.
