What personal data we collect on this site, what we use it for, how long we keep it, where it is processed and what you can demand from us at any time.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is the owner of this site, who is completing the formalities of setting up the company. The identifying details will be published in this same section once they are complete.
For anything to do with your data you can write to trainplanner@trainplanner.es. That address is the controller’s contact channel and is already attended.
What we collect here and why
Only what you send us when you get in touch. If the site shows you the form, that is what you type into it: your name, your club’s name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to leave it, and your message. If it shows you the email address, that is whatever you choose to include in your message. Nothing else.
We use it for one thing: to reply to you and, if you ask, to show you the product. Writing to us does not sign you up to any mailing list, and we do not use your data for advertising.
The legal basis is your consent. If you use the form, you give it by ticking the consent box before sending: with that box unticked, the submission is not accepted. If you write by email, you give it by sending us the message yourself.
We do not record your IP address or your browser alongside the message.
How long we keep it
Twenty-four months from the day you write to us. After that it is deleted. If you would rather it went sooner, ask and it is done.
Where your data is processed
This site and the platform are hosted on Google Cloud, in the europe-west1 region, whose data centres are in Belgium: European Union territory.
Your data therefore does not leave the European Economic Area and we make no international transfers to third countries. Should that ever change, it would be done with the safeguards the General Data Protection Regulation requires and stated on this same page before being applied.
Automated decisions and profiling
With the data you leave us on this website we do not build profiles and we make no automated decisions producing legal effects concerning you or significantly affecting you.
Inside the platform, the decisions that affect a player (their level, their group, their bookings) are taken by their club, which can review and change any result the system proposes.
What you can demand from us
To access your data, correct it, delete it, object to our processing it, ask us to restrict its use, and request a copy in a format you can take elsewhere. You may also withdraw your consent whenever you want, without affecting what was done before.
To exercise any of these rights, write to trainplanner@trainplanner.es. If you believe we have not handled it properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
The data of a club’s players
This policy covers what happens on this website. What happens inside the platform is different: there, each club is the controller of its players’ data and TrainPlanner acts as processor, under a contract that sets out what it may do with it.
A player’s data is kept for as long as their relationship with the club lasts and the service that club has contracted remains in force. When the club asks, or when the player exercises their right to erasure, whatever identifies the person is deleted and only what the club’s accounting is obliged to keep is retained, already anonymised. The specific periods are set by each club, which is the party answerable for that data.
Padel academies have players who are minors. It is up to the club to obtain consent from whoever holds parental responsibility before registering a minor, and up to TrainPlanner to process that data solely to provide the service.
Security
Data travels encrypted and is stored encrypted. Access is restricted to the people who need it to run the service.
Changes to this policy
If it changes, it is published here with its update date. If the change affects how we handle data you already gave us, we tell you before applying it.
